Rumors about a full metal-clad Samsung Galaxy S6 have been persistently making rounds in the past weeks and months. However, a new report by Italian site Samsung HD Blog reveals that the imagined handset will come with a unibody that is all aluminum. But it's not only that aspect of the unannounced smartphone that is gaining momentum. Further speculations say that Samsung's latest offering will get a dual edge display, an innovation adapted from the Galaxy Note Edge that only has its right rim curved. 

Word on the street is that Samsung's flagship, the Galaxy S6, will get a variant. Times of India clarified that it will be Samsung's flagship that will have both left and right edges slanted. Gadgets NDTV, however, remarked that the handset in question is, the smartphone called the Galaxy S6 Edge, which is a completely different smartphone (as it will only be a variant to be released alongside the Galaxy S6). 

While this remains vague, spec details regarding the Samsung Galaxy S6 are already available but still unconfirmed. It is said that the handset will pack a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. For select markets, the device will have the 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor and a Mali-T760 GPU onboard. This will be paired up with 4 GB of RAM and storage capacity amounting to 32 GB, 64 GB, and even 128 GB. 

PC Pro says that either a 16-megapixel or a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera will make it to the Samsung Galaxy S6. This will then be complemented with a 5-megapixel selfie snapper. The display will be at around 5.5 inches, with AMOLED display that renders a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. Lastly, an iris screen is reportedly in the works for the device as Samsung has been vocal about developing the technology. 

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is purported to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in March next year and is expected to be sold for around £550.
