The Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Edge are rumored come with 4K Ultra HD display, which will bring the Galaxy visual experience to a whole new exciting level.

The predecessor of the smartphones namely the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are already hailed the best in the display department with their beautiful OLED displays.

Samsung is kicking things up a notch by using a 4K Ultra HD display on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge. Samsung showed off a prototype of its innovation during the Display Week Conference.

The display measured 5.5 inches and boasted a jaw-dropping 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution and 806ppi pixel density. It was also designed to cater to Virtual Reality (VR) with Android N Daydream VR support in tow.

While it is yet to be confirmed if the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Edge will be the first to don the powerful new display, Forbes believes it is highly likely.

The site explains that the South Korea-based tech firm tends to upgrade its flagships' displays bi-annually. Its last two releases donned the Quad HD display while the ones before that had full HD screens.

This definitely makes the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge the perfect pair of smartphones to get a refresh on the display department.

Samsung always give extra love on the displays of its new offerings, which is why it earned its reputation as a leader in display technology. Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge will once again remind the tech world of that fact.

As for the rest of the specs of the flagship, it will reportedly come with 5GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor in addition to a massive 4,000 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge are expected to come with a fingerprint sensor and an IP68 rating. An 18MP rear-facing shooter is also included.

The pair of Samsung Galaxy S8 are said to be unveiled early next year.
