Those who loved Samsung's Galaxy Tab S are in for a treat. Sam Mobile, a website dedicated to spilling the beans about everything Samsung, revealed that a follow-up to the tablet, the purported Galaxy Tab S2, is coming as early as next month. 

According to the site, the alleged device from the South Korean manufacturer will have four variants. There is the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 and the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 (the numbering denotes the size of the device). Each of the models is expected to have a Wi-Fi + LTE version as well. 

As for the tablet's design, rumor has it that the new Galaxy Tab S2 will be Samsung's thinnest offering to date, with OnLeaks saying it will be 5.5 mm thin while Sam Mobile claiming it will be at an impressive 5.4 mm. 

Moreover, the device should look ultra premium as it is said to be patterned after the sleek design of the tech firm's flagship, the Galaxy S6. The display is also poised to be sharp and crisp as Samsung will make use of a Super AMOLED screen. 

The model numbers are also down: SM-T710 and SM-T810. The Tab S2's predecessor had model numbers SM-T700 and SM-T800. As for the specs, users can expect a 64-bit Exynos chipset under the hood as well as hefty 3 GB RAM and 32 GB expandable storage. 

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 should have Android 5.0.2 Lollipop onboard. It is also rumored that the much-awaited device will sport an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2.1-megapixel snapper on the front. The battery unit will be set at 3850 mAh. 

Sam Mobile says that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 will be made available to the U.S., Canada, Latin America and European markets. Users who live in China, Hong Kong, Korea and India should be able to purchase one as well when the device comes out in June.
