South Korean tech giant Samsung has been very silent when it came to their highly awaited Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and ever since the beginning of 2016, the upcoming Samsung tablet has been surrounded by several rumors regarding its specifications and features.

During the first half of 2016, rumors suggested that the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will be launched by the South Korean tech giant during the IFA 2016 in Berlin, Germany. However, those rumors were proven to be false, especially since the year is almost ending and there's still no sign of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

Despite the lack of information from the South Korean tech giant, there are still plenty of rumors about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3's specs that are currently spreading around the internet. One rumor suggests that the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will be coming in two variants. The two variants will have the model numbers SM-TB825 and SM-TB820, which are speculated to be for the Galaxy Tab S3's Wi-Fi and LTE models.

The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is also expected to have a design that does not stray too far from the Galaxy Tab S2.

To add to this suspicion, a leaked photo showing what seems to be the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, illustrated that the device sports a 4:3 ratio that is similar to its predecessor. The photo also shows that the device has a home button at the bottom of the front screen, as well as a plastic back cover.

Furthermore, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is rumored to sport both an 8-inch and 9.7-inch high resolution 1536x 2048 ppi AMOLED screen. The device will also have 3 GB of RAM and will be powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 652 processor.

Other features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 includes an 8-megapixel rear camera coupled with a 2-megapixel front facing camera for selfies, a USB type C port, and a high capacity 4000mAh battery.
