Samsung has already confirmed that it will be coming out with a new flagship slate soon. Speculations suggest that the rumored Galaxy Tab S3 will make its appearance at the IFA 2016.

Previously, Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S3 will be unveiled next month. Though the company has not specified a debut date for the new slate, it did reveal that the Galaxy Tab S3 will appear with the release of the tech giant's new smartphone flagship, the Galaxy Note 7. The new phablet is set to release on Sept. 2. This leads to rumors that Samsung will present the Galaxy Tab S3 at the opening of the 2016 IFA in Berlin next week.

Meanwhile, although the Galaxy Tab S3 is getting close to its supposed launch, not much is known about the new tablet. According to speculations, the new slate is expected to come out with major improvements and tweaks over its predecessor. The Galaxy Tab S2 originally launched last year, and Samsung came out with a refreshed version of the second-gen slate earlier this year.

Samsung did tease that the next slate will be much more powerful than the current one.

"With a processor greater capacity for processing information, along with an operating system that allows interactivity with elements that require good performance on a mobile device," the statement supposedly reads, although the page has since been taken down.

Aside from the new Galaxy Tab S3, it is also expected that Samsung will present other flagship lineups at the IFA 2016. One of the expected series is a new follow-up to Samsung's wearables. The much-anticipated Gear S3 is set to be the highlight of Samsung's IFA 2016 appearance, as the South Korea-based tech magnate is said to showcase the new smartwatch ahead of the trade show.
