Samsung is looking to refresh its tablet lineup, if a new speculation is anything to go by. New generation versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 have popped up on import-export site Zauba just recently. The devices are believed to be two versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

For the uninitiated, Zauba is a large catalog of devices that come in and out of India for testing. Certain tablets from Samsung with the model numbers SM-T719 and SM-T813 have recently appeared there.

SM-T719 was reportedly listed as having an 8-inch display while the SM-T813 has a 9.7-inch screen.

The Galaxy Tab S2 variants released last year had the same sizes. This prompted some media outlets to believe that the two new models spotted on Zauba are the next generation versions of the S2, thus the name Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

Apart from the display size, the only take-away from this leak is the estimated price of the tablets. The purported Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 variants are actually priced lower than their predecessor -– the smaller one at around $204 and the bigger model at $255.

If they are to come with upgraded features for a lower price, these slates will certainly be a steal. Users expect a much better specifications to come in these devices, such as a more powerful Exynos processor and at least 4GB RAM. Tthe Galaxy Tab S2 had 3GB RAM.

Some media outlets also imagine a better-quality battery unit for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 as well as the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed in it, on top of a nice pair of upgraded camera lenses.

Samsung is yet to confirm the development of the tablet but there are already reports that both models will be launched during the Mobile World Congress, which kicks off on Feb. 22. Meanwhile, the South Korea-based tech firm will unveil the Galaxy S7 on Feb. 21.
