The Samsung Gear Fit 2 is slated to be released next month and has had its share of leaked information. The latest is an image that shows several of its functions, as well as how it would look on somebody's wrist.

A few days ago, the Twitter account of TIZEN CAFE, a Korean-based website, published what seems to be a marketing material for the highly speculated Samsung Gear Fit 2. The upcoming fitness tracker, based on the image, will be available in three colors, black, blue and pink. It also has a little resemblance with its predecessor, but is smaller and sleeker.

Aside from the colors, the leaked photo collage also shows several of the device's features. One is believed to be the GPS tracker, which is rumored to be a standalone feature and does not need to be paired with a smartphone. Additionally, the fitness tracker also displays a map, weather information, fitness information such as the heartbeat and the distance covered during one's fitness run.

Previous rumors suggested that the Gear Fit 2 will feature a 1.84-inch AMOLED display, 4GB internal storage which can probably be used to hold several audio files to keep one company during fitness workouts, and the GPS feature.  It was also reported previously that the upcoming device will come with a bio-processor which can monitor heart rhythm, body fat, skeletal muscle mass and skin temperature. It is also rumored to be able to measure the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) from the wearer's sweat.

AppleInsider mentioned that the construction of the Gear Fit 2 may also make it water–proof, which will make it usable for swimming and other water-related activities.

A leaked image surfaced early in the month showing the alleged back side of the Gear Fit 2. A rear-mounted sensor and quick release buttons for its silicone strap were prominently seen.

Samsung has not issued any statement with regards to its Gear Fit 2. The device is speculated to arrive in June.
