With Thanksgiving just around the corner, shoppers all over the country are now gearing up for the upcoming Black Friday, when retailers offer large discounts on a host of products. One of the most sought after electronic devices this shopping season is Samsung's Galaxy line of flagship phones, including the S8, S8 Plus, and the Note 8. Here are some of the best deals that buyers should set their sights on.

Samsung itself will be offering great discounts on its products. The company will have two separate sale periods. The first one will be a pre-Thanksgiving sale that will start on Nov. 19, while the second one will begin on Nov. 23. The second one will include the largest discounts on the Galaxy phones, provided that the buyer will trade in another working phone.

The Galaxy Note 8, S8 Plus, and S8 will all have up to $400 off on this deal, while a $300 discount can be enjoyed on the same phones during Samsung's first wave of discounts on Nov. 19.

For Black Friday and the ensuing Cyber Monday, Best Buy will offer the same $300 discount on the same models, while Target will offer the same deal. However, the $300 discount will come in the form of a Target gift card. Walmart will also have the same discount, giving the savings through a $300 Walmart gift card.

Even Microsoft has gotten in on the action, announcing that it will be selling the Samsung flagship phones on its Microsoft Store. Black Friday discount includes $150 savings on the unlocked versions of the three devices.

For consumers who are satisfied with their phones and are looking for other devices aside from the Galaxy phones, Samsung is placing huge markdowns on other electronic devices like its tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and televisions. The brand's 4K Ultra High Definition televisions will give buyers humongous savings of somewhere from $300 to $1,300.
