More news is on the way for the upcoming action role-playing game (RPG) known as "Scalebound."

"Scalebound" has been one of the more eagerly awaited titles ever since information about it first started to trickle out, and now Microsoft has given fans a date to look forward to in terms of getting new updates related to the game.

Microsoft has just recently announced that they will be holding a panel dedicated to "Scalebound" at the upcoming PAX Prime event in Seattle on Aug. 31.

Microsoft's Larry Hryb, also known to many as "Major Nelson," will be hosting the panel and joining him at the event will be the representatives from Platinum Games who are currently developing the game, according to Gamespot. The representatives of Platinum Games expected to show up at the event will include "Scalebound" director Hideki Kamiya, executive producer Atsushi Inaba, and creative producer JP Kellams.

All of the panelists who will be appearing during the "Scalebound" event will also be answering questions, so fans can start getting those ready now.

In addition to the fan Q&A, Microsoft will also be debuting a new gameplay demo for "Scalebound" during their appearance at PAX Prime.

At this point, not much is known about "Scalebound," making the game's appearance at PAX Prime a must-see event for many gamers eagerly awaiting to see if the upcoming action RPG could be well worth their time.

As of now, it has been confirmed that "Scalebound" will be offering four player co-op when it is released, and what's been seen of the game thus far has led many to believe it could be one of the more beautiful games released for Xbox One.

"Scalebound" is currently expected to be released sometime in 2016, according to Examiner, although a specific date has not been pinpointed.

Microsoft may very well reveal that tidbit as well during their PAX Prime panel.
