After the heart-stopping midseason return of "Scandal" season 4 last week, the one responsible for Olivia Pope's (Kerry Washington) abduction will be named in the upcoming episode of the hit political thriller.

In "Scandal" season 4 episode 11, Olivia's kidnapping is still the focal point of the story. The official plot synopsis for the episode titled "Where's the Black Lady" reads:

"With Olivia still missing, the team comes together to do whatever it takes to find her and get her home safely."

In the upcoming episode, Jake (Scott Foley), Quinn (Katie Lowes), and Huck (Guillermo Diaz) do everything that they can to find out where Olivia Pope was taken by her abductors. Will the group discover the whereabouts of their head Gladiator?

Meanwhile, U.S. President Fitz Thomas (Tony Goldwyn) holds a very important press conference at the White House. Is the president finally adhering to Vice President Andrew Nichols (Jon Tenney) and Elizabeth North's (Portia de Rossi) demands to finally declare war against West Angola? Or could he be talking about something else?

From the start, Fitz has been very reluctant to declare the war. But could he rely on Jake to bring Liv back to safety, or should he start making his own steps to ensure that his lover will return to the U.S. safe and sound?

Also, Elizabeth is seen in the episode talking to Fitz's wife Mellie (Bellamy Young). Is she using another tactic to add more pressure to the U.S. president in case he decides to go against the war that she and the vice president have been planning all along?

With Olivia's safety still in question, the men in her life will do everything that they can in order to save her from the possible danger in the upcoming episode of "Scandal" season 4, airing Feb. 5.
