Scott Disick apologizes to Kourtney Kardashian, reportedly 'in a very healthy place'

Scott Disick is out of rehab and has begun apologizing to the people who were most affected by his past actions. This summer, the reality star was photographed getting cozy with ex Chloe Bartoli while on vacation with friends in the South of France, and it was reported that Scott indulged in drinking sprees while he was on holiday. The paparazzi pictures of Scott and Bartoli circulated online in July, and shortly after, Kourtney Kardashian decided to break up with him.

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," said a source to E! Online at the time. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids." The two are parents to 5-year-old son Mason, 3-year-old daughter Penelope, and 10-month-old son Reign.

A few months after their split, it was reported that Scott voluntarily entered a treatment facility in Malibu and according to Us Weekly, the 32-year-old left the rehab center on Nov. 10. The magazine's source said that he has "apologized to everyone," including Kourtney.

"He wants to be there for his family," said the insider. The source also said that he asked Kris Jenner "for a second chance" and that he asked the matriarch to allow him to appear on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" again.

Meanwhile, a source told People magazine that Scott is still getting outpatient treatment from rehab center Cliffside Malibu and that he is doing well.

"He's in a very healthy place, and he's being a lot more authentic than before," said the source. The insider added that Scott always used to talk about "taking responsibility" and that he is now turning his words into action as he tries to spend more time with his children.

As for his relationship with Kourtney, the source said that the two have been communicating "in a more productive manner." The source said that it is unclear whether the pair will get back together, but for now, there is some progress in the way that they interact.
