When "Scream Queens" season 2 returns with episode 5, "Chanel Pour Homme-icide," Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) will make her presence in the hospital much more felt.

Hoffel has managed to keep it low-key ever since she arrived at the hospital, although the things she has been up to suggest that she wants it that way.

The last time Hoffel appeared in "Scream Queens" was back in episode 2, "Warts and All," where she learned the reason Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) put up the hospital in the first place as the dean told it all to Zayday (Keke Palmer).

In "Scream Queens" season 2 episode 5, Hoffel will be back to do her second favorite thing in the world, which is to make the lives of the Chanels at the hospital a nightmare.

The scares of the Halloween will not wear off just yet as the nurse prepares a horrorfest for Chanel (Emma Roberts) and her entourage by forcing them to get their hands literally dirty.

Hoffel developed a deep-seated hate towards the Chanels ever since she met them as she deemed them unworthy to be working at the hospital.

Ever since, she plotted a scheme against the pink-loving group, and the upcoming episode will give fans a glimpse of the horrors she has in store for them.

Interestingly, episode 6, "Blood Drive," teases that Nurse Hoffel will be in the mood for vengeance, which suggests that the previous episode will see her get into some trouble that will lead to her settling the scores.

The episode 6 synopsis teases she will set off her "plan of revenge" as the hospital staff gets busy with the influx of patients.

It is easy to think that the Chanels will be at the receiving end of this reprisal, which makes it more intriguing to know what happens in the next episode that makes Hoffel vindictive.

"Scream Queens" season 2 episode 5, "Chanel Pour Homme-icide," was delayed to Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 9:00 p.m. ET on FOX due to the World Series.
