After the security guard-turned-FBI agent Denise Hemphill became the latest victim of the Green Meanie, Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) must finally act to stop the murders in the next episode of "Scream Queens" season 2.

In the previous episode, Denise managed to survive that Green Meanie's first attack while she was decorating the hospital for Halloween. But when the faceless villain appeared again when she was rescuing Libby Putney/Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin), Denise thought that she could win against the killer. However, the FBI agent met her demise when the Green Meanie electrocuted her with a defibrillator thrice before she can reach her gun then leave Chanel #5 bleeding.

Since Denise is no longer around to protect the C.U.R.E. Institute from the murderer, Dean Munsch will alert the authorities to help stop the killings in the upcoming episode titled "Chanel Pour Homme-Icide."

The hospital owner is reportedly hesitant to do this at first because she felt that it will have to close down because of the attacks. But surprisingly, the hospital will gain more patients even after the killings had been announced to the public.

According to the synopsis for the episode that was released by Den of Geek, "Dean Munsch is forced to go to the authorities, which attracts new patients; Zayday (Keke Palmer) and Chanel #5 visit someone with ties to the hospital; A new patient's arrival causes the staff to go mad."

However, the airing for the next installment of "Scream Queens" season 2 will have to be put on hold by FOX to give way to the 112th Major League Baseball World Championship series, according to a report from iTechPost. The major sporting event will air during the comedy horror anthology's time slot.

Fans should expect to see the return of "Scream Queens" season 2 for its fifth episode on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
