The upcoming season of "Scream Queens" is expected to be bloodier than the first, but new cast member John Stamos revealed that it will be hotter as well after posting a behind-the-scene photo of season 2.

The actor teased a sneak peek at his character Dr. Brock Holt as seen in the upcoming season of the slasher horror-comedy anthology. In the photo that he shared on Instagram, the doctor is shown prepping to take a shower in what seems to be a communal shower room.

If the producers of "Scream Queens" are taking a page from the typical horror genre, a shower scene could mean that something bad might happen to the brilliant but serious head surgeon of Dean Munsch's (Jamie Lee Curtis) hospital.

In an interview with Variety, Stamos shared how he would describe his character.

"You play a doctor but you're going to be the recipient of the first complete hand transplant," the actor said. However, the origin of the hand has yet to be revealed in the upcoming episodes of the season.

The second season of "Scream Queens" will bring the surviving characters from the first season to a new setting. The synopsis reads: "Season Two of SCREAM QUEENS graduates from the college campus and into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly funny murder mystery will begin once again. This time, the show will be set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation."

Returning cast members for the second season of "Scream Queens" include Curtis, Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Billie Lourd, Keke Palmer, Lea Michele, and Niecy Nash. Taylor Lautner, Colton Haynes, and Jerry O'Connell will also join the cast in the upcoming season.

The premiere episode of "Scream Queens" season 2, titled "Warts and All," will air on Tuesday, Sept. 20, on Fox.
