Chanel Oberlin's (Emma Roberts) life will be in further danger in the upcoming episode of "Scream Queens" season 2.

Based on the trailer for the episode titled "The Hand," Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) will be plotting with her fellow "Green Meanie" partner Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner) to kill a woman.

Since Nurse Hoffel is determined to avenge the death of her sister Agatha Bean (Jan Hoag) under the hands of Chanel, the person that she was referring to when she was ordering Cassidy to kill someone could be the former president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority.

But since she told Cassidy not to touch the Chanels in the previous episode, it could mean that Nurse Hoffel might be referring to Zayday (Keke Palmer), who was very determined to know the identity of the Green Meanie.

On the other hand, Dr. Holt (John Stamos) will experience more trouble with his artificial hands in the upcoming episode of "Scream Queens" season 2. This will cause him a big problem, since the owner of the hospital Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) will ask him to perform a highly dangerous surgery in order to garner a positive review to the C.U.R.E. Institute. Could Dr. Holt lose control of his artificial hands and commit crimes in the upcoming episode?

The complete synopsis of the episode reads: "In an effort to secure positive press for the hospital, Dean Munsch pitches a risky surgery to Dr. Holt, whose hand begins expressing more of a wild and dangerous personality than ever before. Meanwhile, Chanel #3 forces Cassidy to undergo a psych test to find the root of his condition with surprising results, and Nurse Hoffel sets a devious plan in motion."

MTV will air the next episode of "Scream Queens" season 2 on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
