As the sci-fi suspense drama thriller "Sense8" is confirmed to return for a second season, speculations fly on what season 2 will be all about, including additional characters and how the story progresses.

According to the rumor mill, the strained relationship between Rajan and Kala will have serious repercussions in season 2, and the upcoming series continuation may see one of the sensates turn vengeful.

This dovetails with a previous report by Assignment X. In an exclusive interview, "Sense8" creator and producer J. Michael Straczynski admitted that season 2 will add more clusters to the mix and not all who are into the new clusters will have good intentions.

The producer said, "Some of them will be more [attuned to the commonality of being in a cluster], some will say, 'I'm hiding out, don't reveal me,' the value of not being seen. So not all Sense8s will be naturally good people. Some people with that ability might not be the best people. So there's a whole range of them."

Meanwhile, although it is still not confirmed when "Sense8" will return for its second season, it might be an undeniable fact that production is already ongoing. In a recent tweet by actor Brian J. Smith (via Realty Today), he teased that there might be some new locations in the upcoming season as he needs to pack extra gear for the trips.

In addition, while the specific release date for season 2 is still unconfirmed, Fansided believes that "Sense8" season 2 will return in June next year. Based on other Netflix releases (the website used the three seasons of "House of Cards" as an example), fans may expect the next season to come out in June. The first season of "Sense8" premiered last June.
