Frank (William H. Macy) is enraged and is planning to burn his newly established homeless shelter down. Meanwhile, Debbie (Emma Kenney) might be getting married soon after receiving Fiona's (Emmy Rossum) blessings.

Previously in "Shameless," Frank has taught his adopted children how to beg effectively, which has allowed them to receive new things and furniture from churches and community organizations. Frank then sells these items, and keeps most of the money for himself. He also acquired his own grill with his own stash of meat and food, which he keeps all to himself hidden in his room.

However, his adopted children soon found out about his secret stash and they throw Frank out of his bedroom window. In the upcoming seventh episode of "Shameless" season 7, it seems that Frank will get angry after getting kicked out of the house and will attempt to burn it down in retaliation, as seen on the episode promo.

Fiona will also be facing new problems in episode 7, titled "You'll Never Ever Get A Chicken In Your Whole Entire Life." She recently bought the laundromat from the old lady, and she will have to face a ton of repair costs for the establishment.

According to the synopsis released by Showtime, "Fiona learns that owning a laundromat is costlier than expected. Frank helps Liam get into a plush new school after his old one is permanently shut down. Meanwhile, Debbie cleans up her act and grows closer to Neil."

Meanwhile, Debbie might push through with the wedding after Fiona gave her approval previously in episode 6, titled "The Defenestation of Frank."

Debbie has been living with Neil (Zack Pearlman) for a while now. She set a dinner date at Neil's house and invited Carl (Ethan Cutkosky), Ian (Cameron Monaghan), and Lip (Jeremy Allen White) to announce their engagement. Yet before she could tell them, the three already burst out with their disapproval of the relationship.

Still, Debbie asked Frank and Fiona to sign the papers allowing her to get married. Frank said no, but Fiona signed. Now that Debbie has settled in with Neil, will she really marry him?

"Shameless" season 7 airs every Sunday at 9 p.m. EST on Showtime.

It came in the form of an irrational, emotive and Godless parliament who this week voted to permit the killing of babies in the womb up until birth, and has now introduced the National Suicide Service, with its vote to permit assisted suicide. God has given us what we voted for.
