Shane Mosley wants Kell Brook or Juan Manuel Marquez next

Shane Mosley is on a roll and now he is setting his sights on two boxers — Juan Manuel Marquez and International Boxing Federation (IBF) champ Kell Brook.

Mosley is coming off a sixth round knockout (KO) win over rival Ricardo Mayorga. Now, the 43-year-old boxer seems to be all fired up.

First off is Marquez, someone who hasn't fought since 2014 due to knee injuries. To entice Marquez to fight him, Mosley is dangling $2 million for "El Dinamita" to come out and face him.

Seeing that Marquez has hinted of a return fight this year, it remains to be seen if the Mexican boxer would be interested in getting it on with Mosley. And just in case, Mosley has another fighter in mind in Kell Brook.

Brook, the current IBF welterweight champion, is set to face Diego Chaves this coming October 24 but promoter Eddie Hearn plans to set another fight this December.

Could that be an opportunity for Mosley?

If so, Mosley is apparently setting his sights on Brook's IBF welterweight title, assuming he makes a successful defense against Chaves. If he does, the next thing that comes into mind is on whether or not a fight against an aging Mosley would be appealing.

Brook has been criticized for not fighting big names. Mosley is technically a big name fighter, had this challenge been done some years back. Although he has shown that he still has it, it remains to be seen if a tiff of this capacity could entice fans to watch it at the level that would benefit the Briton.

Mosley is on cloud nine right now and has mentioned prior to the fight with Mayorga that he wants rematches against former tormentors.

The list includes Floyd Mayweather Jr., Canelo Alvarez, Miguel Cotto, and Manny Pacquiao.
