"Sister Wives" is expected to return with a brand new season this year, but the show has been plagued with rumors, particularly involving some of Kody Brown's sister wives who are reportedly leaving.

Last year, one of Kody's wives, Meri, was tied to a controversy when audio tapes of her talking to an online lover surfaced. Meri came clean and admitted the authenticity of the tapes. She also revealed that she resorted to the affair because she felt unhappy with her marriage.

With this, speculations are rife that she could be leaving the polygamist family, along with the other wife rumored to leave, Janelle.

If two of Kody's sister wives are indeed leaving, will he take in new wives to replace the ones who could be leaving? According to unconfirmed reports, the patriarch may be getting a new wife, the fifth one, and she is said to be much younger (probably in her teens) than the sister wives he is currently married to.

Meanwhile, Kody and legal wife, Robyn, recently gave birth to their new baby girl, Arielle Mae. She is said to be the main focus of the show's season 7 as Kody reportedly has all his attention only on the baby. Also, since Robyn is Kody's new legal wife, the show is also expected to revolve around their relationship.

A source told Radar Online late last year that Kody only wants to focus on Robyn. "He really only wants to hang with Robyn," unnamed source claimed.

So far, there's no confirmative news about "Sister Wives" nor the release date for its seventh season. At the moment, fans have been expressive in the show's official Facebook page about how they want to see the new season sooner.

They have also mentioned how they want Meri to find peace and happiness once again. More importantly, a lot of them are hoping to see the new member of the family pretty soon.
