'Sons of Anarchy' season 7: Sneak peek at Gemma, Jax goes to jail

"Sons of Anarchy" season 6 killed off a major character of the show. In the coming season, events will be even more climactic, dramatic and gripping as this is the final season of the FX series.

"Sons of Anarchy" season 7 will return this fall in September, but avid fans are awaiting new news every single day. And Katey Sagal, who plays Gemma, was glad to give fans a sneak peak at the new season.

In her Twitter account, Sagal posted a link of photos of Gemma in the set of "SoA" season 7, saying "Who's counting down to #SOAfx? Here's your first look at season 7 Gemma."

There is no doubt that Gemma is one of the favorite characters in the show. And followers of the show loved her update. Just 20 minutes after she tweeted the photos, she already got 100 retweets and 200 favorites.

Co-star Maggie Siff shared with Entertainment Weekly that Gemma is indeed a fan favorite. Siff, who played Tara, said that Sagal had fans asking her to sign a carving knife similar to what she used to kill Tara in the season 6 finale.

In other "SoA" season 7 news, there is a big chance that Jackson "Jax" Teller will go to prison this season. Just Jared posted a photo of Charlie Hunnam on the set of "SoA," he was wearing an orange jumpsuit with SJCCF (San Joaquin County Correctional Facility) printed on the leg.

It appears like Jax may be taking the blame for the death of his wife Tara. He worked out a deal with the D.A. to take the fall so he can save the club. In prison, he will meet Ron Tally, played by Marilyn Manson. Tally is a "white supremacist prison shot-caller" and this will allow Jax to have more allies on his side.
