The Sony Xperia XZ2 Pro is one of the rumored flagship smartphones set to appear at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) later this February. Sony has yet to reveal the specs details of its upcoming device, although a few sources have already leaked the features of the next-gen Xperia XZ phone, including a 4K OLED display.

As reported by Android Headlines, a screenshot of the HTML benchmark listing for an unknown Sony smartphone with model number H8116 has been circulating online. Due to the timing of the screenshot's appearance, it is speculated that the handset could be the Sony Xperia XZ2 Pro. The listed hardware specs and features of the said smartphone match the description of a next-gen premium device. To note, Sony is expected to launch more than one Xperia XZ2 variant early this year, and the Xperia XZ2 Pro will be the top-end handset.

The leaked benchmark listing shows that the Sony Xperia XZ2 Pro will sport a 4K OLED display, making it the first-ever smartphone to have such feature. The 4K display appears to be suited for the Xperia XZ2 Pro's taller 18:9 aspect ratio with a total resolution of 3840×1920 pixels. This is impressive enough as the screen panel is able to handle a staggering 7.3 million pixels.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 Pro is expected to run the latest Android 8.0 Oreo version out of the box, although the OS will still be covered by Sony's signature Android skin. While not included in the benchmark listing, the upcoming handset is rumored to boast Qualcomm's latest high-end mobile processor, the Snapdragon 845 chip. It will also receive 6 GB of random access memory (RAM) and 64 GB built-in storage. The Xperia XZ2 Pro will be packed with a 12 MP dual-lens camera, as well as 3.5 mm headphone jack. For now, the smartphone is believed to have wireless charging capabilities due to earlier render leaks showing the Xperia XZ2 Pro with an all-glass back panel.
