The Sony Xperia Z4 has been at the center of rumor mills for a while now, plainly because the much-anticipated gadget has yet to make it out of the Japanese tech firm's door. Fans have always shown their excitement to see the device and as the wait goes on, their expectations rise.

While Sony is keeping things down to a minimum, there are rumor mills to rely on in terms of the handset's future showing. The latest find is the Z4's purported dimension. The new leak, courtesy of tech tipster OnLeaks, claims that the forthcoming flagship has not changed much in terms of its predecessor's build.

The current Sony Xperia Z3 comes with a 146 x 72 x 7.3 mm dimension. The Z4's measurements is not so far off — if the leak proves true, that is — as it is set to come in a 146.3 x 71.9 x 7.2 mm measurement. This makes the Sony Xperia Z4's display at 5.2 inches and its resolution at 1080p and QHD.

As for the rest of its specs, rumor suggests that the device will owe its power to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 GB of RAM. It is also said to be Android 5.0.2-ready.

Another leak, this time courtesy of Chinese social network Weibo, shows a render of what media outlets think is the Sony Xperia Z4. Shortly after many have given their attention to the mysterious images, Sony itself reportedly removed them from the Web.

The image allegedly showed on all sides how the device will look like. If it were real, then the Sony Xperia Z4 will sport ultra thin bezels in a slim metal casing. Phone Arena, however, does not think it is the forthcoming Sony device. The site says that Sony plans to go for rounder rims, thus the image that showed otherwise could not be from them.
