'Soul2Soul' concert news: McGraw and Hill celebrate extension of their world tour and album release
Fans of country singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are in for a great ride. The pair's Soul2Soul the World Tour is extended to 2018. The Grammy Award-winning superstars have roamed North America with 80 concerts sold out. The tour will add 25 concerts starting on May 31 in Richmond, Virginia and ending on July 22 in Sacramento, California.
Rolling Stone commended the music couple for their amazing chemistry on stage, especially with their "I Need You" duet performance. Tickets for the upcoming concerts will be available on Nov. 17 at the Resch box office in Greenbay and through Ticketsareonline.com. On the same day, the duo will also welcome their newest duets album, "The Rest of Our Life."
People who are planning to buy tickets for their concert will also receive a copy of their latest album. One individual can also purchase a total of eight tickets.
Nov. 17 is indeed a big day for the couple with the tickets sale, album release, and the premiere of their tour film "Tim & Faith: Soul2Soul" at 9 p.m. EDT on SHOWTIME.
During an interview with iHeartCountry, McGraw and Hill shared their feelings about "The Rest of Our Life" album. "I think The Rest of Our Life for me is aspirational and inspirational at the same time," McGraw said. Hill explained that the album reflects the love they share between each other. "It's hard to put it into words, the feeling that you have when you meet that person that you can see your future with," Hill stated.
The song "The Rest of Our Life" from the album is written by another Grammy Award winner, Ed Sheeran. The album has 11 songs in total and all of them will be performed live in the upcoming concerts of McGraw and Hill in 2018.
