The stellar cast of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" continues to grow. Sony Pictures and Marvel Entertainment announced the addition of two new actors in the movie's roster.

Deadline exclusively revealed that "Beast of No Nation" star Abraham Attah has joined the cast of the upcoming second reboot of the "Spider-Man" movie franchise.

The 15-year-old actor from Ghana made his mark on the big screen by portraying the role of a child soldier named Abu in the critically acclaimed Netflix Originals drama alongside lead star Idris Elba. This role led him to win the Film Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead.

Variety also confirmed that stand-up comedian Hannibal Buress also joined the cast of the upcoming "Spider-Man" installment, but Sony and Marvel have yet to announce the roles that Attah and Buress will portray in the movie.

The principal photography for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" commenced at the Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, GA this week. It coincided with the day of wrapping up of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" production.

Film director James Gunn shared a photo of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" lead star Chris Pratt and the new Spider-Man, Tom Holland, taken in the film studios.

Meanwhile, Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee praised Holland's portrayal of Spider-Man during a Q&A panel at the recently concluded Denver Comic Con.

"Oh, he's wonderful! I was with him the other day. He is great! I can't believe it. It's as if we created a living being to be Spider-Man, and it turned out to be him," Lee said, as reported by Comic Book Resources.

The cast of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" also includes Marisa Tomei as Peter's aunt May Parker, Zendaya as Peter's classmate Michelle, Tony Revolori as Peter's high school rival Manuel, and Michael Keaton as Spider-Man's nemesis Vulture. Robert Downey Jr. will also appear in the film as Tony Stark/Iron Man.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" is scheduled for release on July 7, 2017.
