More specific details have been officially revealed about Supremacy mode inside "Star Wars Battlefront."

Supremacy mode is one of the more highly anticipated features set to come with the game.

In this particular mode, players will not just be stepping into the shoes of some anonymous characters as they shoot and slice their way through the maps, since they will be given the opportunity to control some of the most iconic figures in "Star Wars" lore. The characters featured in Supremacy mode include Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, and the bounty hunter Boba Fett.

According to Dennis Brännvall, lead level designer for "Star Wars Battlefront," the very moment Supremacy mode starts, players will already find themselves in the middle of a massive battle taking place on of the largest maps that the game has to offer. Once in Supremacy mode, players will not just be encountering other soldiers and fighters, as they will also be seeing several kinds of vehicles and aircrafts all fighting for a common goal, according to Eurogamer.

In Supremacy mode, the goal for each team is basically to take control of the map by claiming five different points and the points themselves need to be claimed in order. The fun part of Supremacy mode is in trying to work out an effective strategy to take control of the map, while also being tasked with having to navigate through the chaotic fighting taking place.

Although Supremacy mode is justifiably getting a lot of hype, there are still plenty of other aspects of "Star Wars Battlefront" that people can get excited about.

Even without getting into any specific game mode, Gotta Be Mobile said that players will be able to appreciate the great controls and the terrific visuals within "Star Wars Battlefront" that will in turn enable them to enjoy the game even further.

"Star Wars Battlefront" will be released on Nov. 17.
