Players of "Star Wars Battlefront II" may now reap more rewards from the first-person shooter (FPS), as the developers of the game have reworked the Credit earning system.

Electronic Arts (EA) is now starting to make good on its promise of improvement to its player base for "Battlefront II." The developers have now rolled out the first change in the progression system for the FPS, which now aims to give more Credits to the players.

These changes to the in-game Credit economy include the end-of-round payout, which has been increased, meaning players who did well in a match will get what they're due. To support this reward system, the daily Arcade Mode Credit cap has been increased by 1,500 since players were hitting the cap too quickly.

Meanwhile, Star Card crafting has been made easier now, as the daily Login Crate reward will now provide more crafting parts, making upgrading and crafting faster. Players will be able to see the difference once they log in the game. EA will also be releasing its "The Last Jedi" downloadable content (DLC) season update to "Battlefront II" which will include free heroes for those who have an Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus membership.

Players who are hoping for more improvements to the game after EA's loot box and locked heroes blunder need not worry or be disappointed since EA did state that the changes mentioned above were only the beginning, "While these are only some initial steps toward making much larger changes, some of these are ready to roll, and are available starting today," they mentioned in an official statement.

Rest assured, the developer has also acknowledged which changes or aspects of the game need tending to. Website Windows Central was also confident that the initial rework of the Credit system for "Battlefront II" is in line with EA scrapping the aggressive microtransaction scheme for the game. Players are advised to stay tuned to EA for more announcements regarding the game.
