"Star Wars" actress Daisy Ridley recently said a few words in her recent appearance for the film. The actress plays Rey in the series; a young woman who wants to find her parents but crosses paths with the resistance. She ends up being their ally, finding Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamil) and eventually training as a Jedi.

Ridley shares that fans should watch out for Luke this episode, as creators of the series have a lot of plans for him. During the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando last month, the actress spoke about Luke's words from the trailer, saying that the character is perhaps being challenged to take a different path, as reported by International Business Times .

In line with this statement, fans are also speculating that the Jedi Master is going to take a different route. After Luke said that it is time for the Jedi to end, many fans are guessing that he might just switch to dark side.

Aside from Ridley's statement and fan theories regarding this hint, another "Star Wars: Episode 8" theory suggests the next big plot in the film.

A Reddit user posted several leaks of "Episode 8" on the website. The leak shares that somewhere in the film, General Leia (played by the late Carrie Fisher) will be captured by Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Cristie) and her group will be taken to the Star Destroyer, where Emperor Snoke resides. Snoke will exchange words with Leia that will leave him very angry. After this, he will throw the general in a cell, calling General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) to inform Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) that his mother has just been captured.

All these new "Star Wars: Episode 8" news are still just hints and speculations. These spoilers have yet to be confirmed, so fans are advised to keep their eyes peeled for more "Star Wars: Episode 8" updates soon.
