Rumor has it that a new trailer for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is on the way. This sought-after trailer, which is believed to be a full preview of the much-awaited intergalactic film, is said to be out on Oct. 19, apparently the same day online ticket pre-sale will commence.

Star Wars News Net obtained info about the said ticket sales as well as the trailer drop. The site claimed that an individual who works as a manager for a chain Multiplex in Victoria, BC stated that this will indeed take place next week. Unfortunately, there is no more solid info available.

Neither Disney nor Lucasfilm has talked about advance sale of tickets for the film, let alone a trailer outing. At the moment, media outlets and fans hold on to the promise made by director JJ Abrams during the San Diego Comic Con about a "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" trailer release in autumn.

To this day, fans only know of the return of the original trio (Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo with his trusty pal Chewbacca) as well as the arrival of new characters namely Finn, Rey and the big bad Kylo Ren.

But there is no info shedding light on how all these characters' fates will be intertwined. Fans hope that if a trailer is indeed releasing in a matter of days, they will be given a more concrete idea of what will happen in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

In a talk for Vanity Fair, Abrams revealed that he already has the final cut of the highly anticipated film. He also gushed about his working experience with Disney, saying, "They let us make the movie we wanted to make."

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will be released on Dec. 18 in the US. It will be screened in the UK on Dec. 17. The world premiere in Los Angeles is set Dec. 14.
