Lucasfilm dropped a new short teaser for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" during the airing of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC, Thursday, Nov. 23. The trailer gives a glimpse of Chewbacca's (Peter Mayhew) reaction to the cute screaming Porgs aboard the Millennium Falcon.

Fans are surprised to see Chewie smacking the little creature when it screams, while he is flying the spaceship. This scene is an extended look at the movie's second official teaser released in October.

From the looks of it, Chewie has to press a button from where the Porg is standing, thus he has to sweep the seabird out of the way with his huge hand. Since this species has been revealed in "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," fans cannot get enough of its cuteness.

In fact, John Boyega, who plays the role of Finn, revealed he had a love-and-hate relationship with this animal. "They're very, very cute, but when you put them in a bunch, in holes, on the Millennium Falcon, that's when they start to become really, really freaky," he told Entertainment Weekly.

Meanwhile, "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is expected to start with a huge opening weekend at the box office with $215 million in the U.S. alone. Although its anticipated earnings are quite lower than that of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," which got $247 million revenue for its first weekend, it could still be the second-biggest earner of all time.

Once again, fans will see the return of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (Boyega), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), and Maz Kanata (Lupita Nyong'o) in the sequel trilogy's second installment. Also, the antagonists Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson), and Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis) will be seen. Unfortunately, this is said to be the last time that viewers will see Carrie Fisher as her iconic character Princess/General Leia Organa.

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" will hit theaters on Friday, Dec. 15, in the U.S.
