Steam autumn sale: What to expect

It's a happy month for PC Gamers everywhere. Aside from Steam's Black Friday sale, the popular digital distribution platform is also having an end-of-year autumn sale for gamers everywhere. Hundreds of games are going on sale, making it the best time for gamers to grab their beloved wish list items.

The Steam sale will run until Nov. 28, giving gamers ample time to look through the game library and pick out which of the many games they want to purchase for a good discount.

Not all of the games will be on sale, but here are a handful of the ones that are currently are.

Fighting game "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" is currently selling for 33 percent less. First-person action game "Dishonored" and "Dishonored 2" are all selling for 75 percent and 50 percent less, and that's not the only treat for fans of the franchise all over the globe. Aside from the two main games, the downloadable content expansion "Dishonored: Death of the Outsider" is also selling for 50 percent less, and a definitive edition of the game is currently available for the same discount. Now is the perfect time to get it.

Popular shooting games such as "Ghost Recon: Wild Lands" and "Rising Storm 2: Vietnam" are also selling for half price this autumn sale.

The good news doesn't end there, triple A games from big-time developers aren't the only games going on sale this autumn. The sale extends to indie titles such plat forming, horror adventure game "Little Nightmares" which is selling for half price as well (along with a definitive edition for 35 percent less), and farming and life simulator "Stardew: Valley" which is currently selling for 33 percent less. "Stardew Valley" can also be purchased in a Chucklefish & Friends bundle that is currently 57 percent off.

Another indie game players will be able to get their hands on this sale is "Night in the Woods," a story driven, platforming game about college drop-out Mae Borowski. The list doesn't end there, and those interested, can check out Steam's store to see a list of all the games going on sale.
