Stephen Curry's net worth stands at a whopping $35 million, according to The Richest. The American basketball player is currently with the NBA team Golden State Warriors. The team signed him on back in 2009, for a four-year period. When the initial term expired in 2012, Curry's contract with the Warriors was extended by another four years. The contract renewal was reportedly valued at $44 million.

Aside from his basketball prowess, Curry has another factor running for him. He has emerged as one of the most popular celebs, with the highest DBI index among every other active athlete. Naturally, this has won him several endorsement contracts from famous brands. Heavy.com reports that among his key endorsement partners are Degree, JBL, Under Armour, Brita, Kaiser Permanente, and Fanatics.

Forbes documents that Curry ranks ninth as an endorsement success, winning over around 4,000 other famous names including Taylor Swift and Oprah Winfrey. This doesn't seem to be a temporary phase either. In fact, the basketball star allegedly signed up for an extension of his contract with Under Armour last year. The new deal stands valid up till 2024, and is said to include royalties on his signature shoe and a share of the company's equity.

Celebrity DBI rates top names on the basis of attributes like appeal, aspiration, breakthrough, endorsement, influence, trendsetter and trust. In all these categories, Curry won the top position among NBA players. It's no wonder then that brand endorsement opportunities continue to pour in for him. The Warriors' champion also signed a three-year deal with Brita, and more offers will certainly find their way to him in the coming months.

Curry's annual endorsement money currently amounts to $12 million. In the coming years, if things go in the direction they are moving now, the celeb's net worth will grow by leaps and bounds.
