"Eagleheart" actor Brett Gelman is making his way to the second season of Netflix's popular supernatural science fiction series, "Stranger Things," and it looks like the rumor mill is spreading word that his character is going to be tied to Millie Bobby Brown's psychokinetically gifted character Eleven.

Playing the part of Murray Bauman, a conspiracy theorist trying to investigate a cold case in the sleepy town of Hawkins, Game N Guide reports that fans have begun tying Gelman's character to Eleven. Brown's character was one of the children being experimented on by the government and many have begun to believe that Bauman may try to investigate Eleven's sudden disappearance from Hawkins and the truth behind the MKUltra training of the psychokinetic girl's mother Terry Ives.

Back in the first season of "Stranger Things," the series revealed that Eleven was actually Terry's stolen daughter, Jane. To make ends meet, Terry decided to become a guinea pig of the government and underwent experiments while pregnant. After she gave birth to Eleven, the child was stolen away for more government experimentation. Given that the story of Eleven's birth and Terry's pregnancy both seem outrageous on their own, fans believe that the conspiracy theorist could be making his way to Hawkins in the second season of "Stranger Things" to research more on both Eleven and Terry.

Meanwhile, in other "Stranger Things" season 2 news, iTech Post reports that some have been speculating that fans would finally get to see Eleven again in episode 7 of the upcoming season. Titled "The Secret Cabin," many speculate that episode 7 is a reference to the hiding place of Eleven. However, it seems like no one is sure whether the referenced cabin is in the Upside Down or whether it's in the real town of Hawkins.

"Stranger Things" season 2 will see release sometime in 2017.
