Publisher Capcom has released a new trailer confirming the latest DLC character for this month's update for "Street Fighter 5."

It is now confirmed that Urien will be the new fighter to expand the roster. In addition, he is also revealed to be the final character DLC for the first season of the fighting game. In Capcom's announcement, Urien's backstory reads: "Urien is the Vice President of Illuminati and wants nothing but to take over Illuminati from his older brother, Gill, and destroy Shadaloo. Urien has complete confidence in his own physicality and this elitism shows itself through his sadistic and tyrannical tendencies. He gains joy only from dominating others and having them crumble in the face of his incredible power."

Urien was first introduced in the franchise as one of the fighters for the spin-off game "Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact." His addition as a fighter for the current-gen installment is Urien's latest return to the core series. Meanwhile, although Urien will come out as a character DLC for "Street Fighter 5" in the game's September update, some players have already checked out the upcoming character. Urien briefly participated in the new story mode for the game. The brief appearance also confirmed Urien's power moves and skills.

Urien's Critical Art skill for "Street Fighter 5" is Dominate Crush, where the fighter channels energy into his arms and slams them into the ground, creating an energy pillar that strikes the enemy within range. As both offensive and defensive technique, Urien's V-Trigger is Aegis Reflector, where the fighter creates and energy barrier in front that serves as a shield. The shield can also be used for offense, since it deflects projectiles back, and damages enemies who touch the barrier without blocking.

Capcom has yet to come out with a release date for Urien and the September update, but the publisher promises a launch date to be announced at the upcoming 2016 Tokyo Game Show.
