A new "Street Fighter 5" update for PlayStation 4 and PC will be dropped by Capcom this week.

The game developer first announced the release of the upcoming update during the Tokyo Game Show 2016, then revealed the news on their community website to inform those who were not present during the annual gaming convention.

According to Capcom, the update will introduce the game's newest character named Urien. Also known as the Vice President of the Illuminati, Urien can be acquired by purchasing it with Fight Money. But those who do not have enough Fight Money can also buy the new character on Steam or on the PlayStation Store. On the other hand, those who already have the Season Pass can start using Urien in their matches as soon as the update goes live on Sept. 22.

The upcoming update will also feature the new Daily Targets that will help players acquire more Fight Money that they can use to buy additional game content. With this new feature, players can earn 1000 Fight Money if they join a fight in a ranked match or spend more time playing in the training mode to get an extra 500 Fight Money. However, there is a time limit in each Daily Target, that is why they have to remember to always log in at the start of the match and cash in immediately before their time lapses.

Another feature that will be introduced in the new "Street Fighter 5" update is the Vs. CPU function. This will allow players to fight against a game-controlled fighter to train their skills before joining a battle with other players online.

The upcoming update also comes with several bug fixes, including the correction of Juri's V-Reversal move, so it will no longer hit the downed opponents, as well as Birdie's jumping LK recovery frames.

The other contents of the upcoming "Street Fighter 5" update can be found on Capcom's official website.
