Harvey Specter's (Gabriel Macht) archenemy Travis Tanner (Eric Close) will return to shake things up for him and his team in the upcoming episode of USA Network's legal drama series "Suits."

In "Toe to Toe," the corporate lawyer and his protégée Mike (Patrick J. Adams) will face off with Travis in a case they are all participating with. Cartermatt reports that although Travis will be claiming be to a changed man, the two will still have a hard time believing him, given the tricks he has played on them in the past.

The show's promo also reveals that the encounter between the two attorneys will be "brutal." Design & Trend, however, hints that Harvey is looking forward to the showdown, saying it will be "exactly what he needs." In the episode, the opposing parties will head to a trial, as Harvey will not consent in settling the case outside the court.

Tensions will purportedly rise between Harvey and Travis when the latter becomes too personal. Travis will touch a raw nerve when he chided Harvey about Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) resignation, derisively saying how sorry he was about the matter. The two ended up fighting at the middle of the street, with Harvey getting a solid punch on the offender's face.

Meanwhile, Harvey still continues his therapy sessions with Dr. Agard (Christina Cole). After discussing the squabble with Travis, he will be told by the good doctor that his "personal stake" on the fight is linked to issues from the past.

Also in the episode 5, Jessica (Gina Torres) will advise Louis (Rick Hoffman) to settle differences with Harvey. He will be asking Rachel (Meghan Markle) and Donna to help devise a good strategy. However, his attempt can potentially make an enemy of Jack (John Pyper-Ferguson).

"Suits" airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on USA Network.
