Who says Harvey will have a hard time replacing Donna?

In the next episode of "Suits" season 5, Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) finally finds the right person to fill in the seat of his long-time secretary Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty), and her name is Gretchen Bodinski. USA Network describes Gretchen as a seasoned legal secretary who is not afraid to speak up. She is portrayed by actress Aloma Wright, who is popularly known as Nurse Laverne on "Scrubs."

"With more than two decades of experience, Gretchen is a legal secretary who isn't afraid to tell it like it is and brings a fresh perspective to the firm," the network said.

This means that the new legal secretary who will greet Harvey every morning is very different from Donna, who has the tendency to throw tantrums and bizarre demands. But while Harvey is starting to get used to his new secretary, Donna will have her own problems while working for Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman).

"Louis also tends to shoot himself in the foot whenever he gets anything going. It's like they're at a very fragile point at all of their relationships. Any little thing can mess up that fragile point," series creator Aaron Korsh told TV Guide

It could put Donna in a very difficult situation. She cannot return to Harvey anymore since he already has a new legal secretary.

The official synopsis of "Suits" season 5 episode 2 titled "Compensation" reads:

Harvey searches for a replacement for Donna. Mike takes a case as a favour, which he must justify to Jessica – while Rachel's father, Robert Zane, offers some unsolicited advice about Rachel's engagement to Mike. And Louis is embroiled in surprising money matters, while an up-and-coming partner, Jack, makes his presence known to Jessica, confronting her about whether Harvey's way of doing business is beneficial to the firm."

The episode airs Wednesday, July 1, on USA Network.
