'Suits' season 4 spoilers: Two new characters expected, Mike planning hostile takeover

There's major trouble in the world of Harvey and Pearson and Specter. When "Suits" season 4 returns this week, fans will meet two new characters that play major roles in the two major conflicts this season.

The two new characters are Sean Cahill and Charles Forstman. Neil McDonough will play Cahill, while Eric Roberts will play Forstman, IBT reports.

The first conflict involves new character Sean Cahill, who comes from SEC and arrives at Pearson & Specter to investigate. He is tasked to undercover any wrongdoings within the firm. Cahill works for Eric Woodall, who was already introduced in the season 3 finale as a U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.

In the season 3 finale, Woodall questioned Mike Ross and eventually tried to make a deal with him. Needless to say, Woodall is after Harvey and he is doing everything it takes to see Harvey fall. Woodall believes that Harvey is a dirty lawyer. Harvey then was able to beat Woodall and then take Mike with him.

Obviously, the conflict between Woodall and Harvey isn't over as Woodall sends his man, Cahill, to resume the fight he started with Pearson and Specter. Cahill is described to be a "bulldog," who will fight with anyone until he wins the battle.

The other conflict in "Suits" Season 4 is about Harvey and Mike battling over Gillis' Industries. The character Charles Forstman plays a huge role in the takeover battle. He will play a billionire financier and will have a recurring role throughout the season. Just like most of the characters in "Suits," Forstman is someone who gets everything he wants.

Access Hollywood described Charles Forstman character as follows: "a titan of finance with a net worth in the billions and an outsized personality to match. His checkbook could swing any takeover battle, but if someone wants him on their side they'll have to figure out what to give the man who has everything. With his own ideas about how the game should be played, Forstman could knock over the whole chessboard."

The upcoming episode is entitled "Leveraged," and it is said that Mike will plan a hostile takeover of Gillis' Industries, especially now that Walter Gillis knows about Mike's drug dealing past and does not approve.

Meanwhile, Harvey and Louis will battle it out and try to win the Gillis' Industries takeover and Jessica and Malone will meet with Sean Cahill, who is gunning after the firm.
