Denver Broncos vs Kansas City Chiefs: Sunday Night Football preview (NBC TV start time)

Sunday Night Football in Week 13 of the NFL season will be a massive match up between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Today's big Sunday Night Football game has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on the NBC network. The game can also be watched online through live stream - free for subscribers - via the link provided below.

This game is a face off between the Broncos and the Chiefs for supremacy in the AFC West division.

The AFC West is one of the most competitive in the NFL this season with three teams still hoping to take the division title. At the moment the Denver Broncos are a game out in front with 8-3, but the Chiefs and the San Diego Chargers are just behind, both on 7-4.

If the Chiefs can pull off a shock today then potentially the AFC West could enter Week 14 with three teams all tied on 8-4.

The Chiefs no doubt will be out to try and stop Peyton Manning, who is 301 of 442 for 3,558 yards and 34 touchdowns this season so far. In comparison Alex Smith is 213 of 327 for 2,211 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Kansas City will try and counter the aerial threat from Manning and the Broncos with their own ground game. The Chiefs are posting an average of 137.1 yards a game on rush, and Jamaal Charles has gone 772 yards on 152 carries for 8 touchdowns and an average gain of 5.1 yards per carry. Knile Davis has also gone 423 yards on 113 carries and 5 touchdowns with an average gain of 3.7 yards per carry.

Chiefs trainer Rick Burkholder announced Monday that doctors found a mass on the right side of Eric Berry's chest. The team has since put Berry on the non-football injury list, ending his season. He will visit a lymphoma specialist to determine a final diagnosis, and he has been receiving messages of support from across the NFL over the past week.
