'Super Smash Bros. 4' DLC news: Bayonetta and Corrin wrap up DLC add-ons

Two new characters have been added to Nintendo's "Super Smash Bros. 4" lineup. Meanwhile, aside from gameplay and system improvements, the new additions look to be the final character DLC for the free-for-all brawler game.

According to ShackNews, the new characters made the roster for "Super Smash Bros. 4" already complete, meaning that Bayonetta and Corrin are the final fighters for the Nintendo game.

As the Umbra Witch, Bayonetta comes with her own Umbra Clock Tower stage, and the two items are unlocked as a bundle. The pack is available for $5.99 on either the Wii U console or the Nintendo 3DS handheld. For hardcore players, the pack is also available as a bundle for both systems with a price tag of $6.99.

Meanwhile, Corrin of the "Fire Emblem Fates" fame can be unlocked for $4.99 for each system, or $5.99 for both the console and handheld versions.

The DLC also comes as a collection for hardcore fans of "Super Smash Bros. 4" and can be availed of for $15.48 per platform, and for both the 3DS and Wii U for $19.88. The full collection also includes the last add-ons of costumes for Mii Fighters.

To date, the final DLC is already up on the "Super Smash Bros." website.

Aside from the new DLC, a new update also recently went live for the game. According to NintendoEverything, the new update, patch 1.1.4 is now out and weighs more than 1 GB for the Wii U and takes up 3538 blocks of space equivalent to almost 500 MB for the Nintendo 3DS.

While there are no patch notes included in the release, fans can expect improvements in the title's gameplay, mechanics, and design. There might also be tweaks per character and some revisions in other items like current costumes and stages list.
