'Supernatural' season 10 spoilers: Sam puts himself and his brother in danger, threatens to kill Crowley in episode 19

"Supernatural" continues to follow the Winchester brothers as they hunt for a cure that will free Dean of the Mark of Cain before Sam becomes his brother's own casualty. In the previous episode of the series, their effort was again in vain.

In the new installment titled "The Werther Project," the hunters go on with their mission. In Sam's strong yearning to rid his brother of the destructive curse, the hunter ends up risking both his and his brother's lives once more. Hoping that a magical box — made by a former member of the Men of Letters named Magnus — can save Dean from the Mark of Cain, Sam sets out to get a hold of it. Sadly, he is so blinded by his will to get it that he fails to foresee what dangers the magical box brings him and his brother.

As it turns out, Magnus had set up a deadly alarm system in the magical box that triggers when opened. This puts Sam's and Dean's lives in harm's way once more, and it certainly is not worth getting a hold of a cure if they're going to get killed in the process anyway.

A promo for the upcoming episode also shows Sam looking and feeling adamant in killing the King of Hell, which, of course, "Supernatural" fans find as a crazy idea. Killing Crowley spells doom, and his death may mean that his killer will succeed his throne. If Sam pushes through with this, all hell will break loose — literally.

More to the point, not long ago, Jared Paladecki, who plays Sam in the series, teased that his character may cross the dark side soon. He did not mention how or when exactly, but it looks like that moment is upon viewers.

All the same, it seems like episode 19 will be an intense and exciting installment. Fans can catch all the action in "Supernatural" season 10 episode "The Werther Project" on April 22.
