'Supernatural' season 11 spoilers: Dean is torn between helping the whole town and saving Jenna's life in episode 2 'Form and Void'

The premiere showed what Darkness is capable and it looks like it isn't something the Winchester brothers could contain. In the next "Supernatural" season 11 episode, which is titled "Form and Void," Sam and Dean will deal with what the promo called "daycare nightmare."

The clip shows Crawley and Dean outside a house with the former sensing great power emanating from it. The latter storms in and finds a baby in a crib. As innocent as this sounds and looks, Crawley revealed that the little one "eats souls" and has the Mark of Cain in her system.

The same preview video also sees Dean come to a realization that Amara is the darkness. And the baby he saw could be the sinister extraterrestrial in a different form.

This week's "Supernatural" season 11 episode will also see the brothers trapped inside a town swallowed up by a mysterious and deadly gas that turns the citizens into monsters. However, it looks like Sam will be the only one to take on this horde of ravaging townsfolk.

Dean will be off to saving the life of Jenna, who is in grave danger as seen in the previous episode. Initially, Sam will not be all for the idea of his brother getting busy with a single person as the town they are in continues to burn. He then reminds him of the mission at hand.

This puts Dean in a very tight spot. But as the "Supernatural" season 11 episode progresses, Sam will push Dean to rescue Jenna. However, the former may have underestimated the power of a monstrous mob and it doesn't look like he can take them down by himself.

In the promo for "Form and Void," there are also glimpses of Sam, whose face and neck are now teeming with black, menacing veins, trying to break out from the infection as well as Castiel whose condition seems to be worsening.

"Supernatural" season 11 episode 2 "Form and Void" airs Oct. 14, 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
