'Supernatural' season 10 spoilers: Khan worms turn men into murderers in episode 15 'The Things They Carried'

Episode 15 of "Supernatural" season 10 will go on with the Mark of Cain and the danger it brings to the Winchester brothers. In the upcoming installment titled "The Things They Carried," Dean gives up looking for a cure to the Mark of Cain, which unleashes the evil inside of him through a force that remains to be a big mystery. However, Sam persists on locating it, even if it means doing it behind his brother's back. Dean has his suspicions, of course, but he instead focuses on what he deems is a more important matter — worms.

The new episode brings back a familiar face. As the sibling hunters tackle a new murder case, Cole (Travis Aaron Wade), is there with them. The investigation leads them to discover that Khan worms are morphing people into murderers by going inside their bodies. In the middle of the mission, however, the dreaded worm is able to edge through Cole, and the brothers have to save the guy who they just earned as a teammate before he does damage and the worm does damage to their friend.

Crowley (Mark Sheppard) and Rowena (Ruth Connell) are not mentioned in the released synopsis but the two have great things in store for "Supernatural" fans. Last month, Sheppard told Access Hollywood how Connell is as the King of Hell's mommy in the series.

"She has a fantastic character to play. It's a great character to play with and it's actually been a lot of fun watching how fast the fans have picked up on the character and enjoyed the character so much," he said.

"Supernatural" will be back with "The Things They Carried" on a new timeslot. The long-running series will be aired Wednesdays at 9 p.m. starting March 18.
