Cain is set for another round of anarchy in the next installment of "Supernatural." In episode 14 of the series titled "The Executioner's Song," the Winchester brothers along with Castiel will be busy receiving the Father of Murder, who was first and last seen endowing the Mark of Cain and the First Blade to Dean to kill Abaddon.

It was later discovered that the Mark of Cain draws out Dean's dark side and turns him into a demon. The effect seems to be there still and the chance of finding the cure for it is revived with the return of humankind's first killer. However, Cain's reappearance might not prove helpful for Dean.

"Supernatural" executive producer Jeremy Carver has dished out last month that an interaction with Cain will have "profound effects" on Dean, how he thinks about the mark and with the mark. Is another sinister transformation bound to happen after Dean comes across Abel's brother? In the promo video for "The Executioner's Song," a showdown between Cain and Dean ensues.

"You can't stop me," Cain tells Dean. Holding the First Blade against the ever-ready hunter, Cain says, "It's been too long," as if he is waiting his whole life for a duel with one half of the Winchester brothers.

The forthcoming episode will also look into Crowley and Rowena's complicated relationship. As they continue to grow closer, the King of Hell's decision to go against his mother's plans to help Dean and Sam will have Rowena brazen him out. In the promo, Crowley is seen handing Dean the First Blade, which he will use to defeat Cain. As he gives the weapon to him, the demon reminds Dean to give it back when he's done.

What will become of Dean as he battles Cain? Find out when "Supernatural" season 10 "The Executioner's Song" airs on Feb. 17.
