The Winchesters are known to be a tight bunch, but keeping secrets is nothing new with Winchester brothers Sam and Dean. Now that the siblings have finally laid to rest issues spawning from family secrets, it seems that even their newly resurrected mom Mary is not exempt from this family trait.

According to a TVLine report, aside from Mary having to deal with being alive again, she will also be haunted by her death and the major adjustment to getting to know the sons that she didn't want to become hunters in the first place.

"Sam blames Dad for all the hunting stuff, but really, you could argue it's Mom's fault. She was the hunter. It was the Campbell family, not the Winchester family. It wasn't her fault, but it was her lineage that led us to where we are now," Jared Padalecki, who plays Sam, said.

Also, understanding their mom's background as a hunter could hold more surprises for the brothers Winchester.

With the show reaching a milestone with its dozenth season earning the record as the longest running fantasy-horror series in the U.S., there have been speculation that this will be the show's last, something that show creator Erik Kripke and The CW president Mark Pedowitz were quick to dismiss.

Kripke, in an interview, said the show will continue for as long as Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles want to do it. It can be recalled that Kripke originally envisioned the series to end with its fifth season, aptly naming the season finale as "Swan Song."

But loyal fans of the show kept it on air, and Mark Pedowitz assured that the show will remain on The CW for as long as the fans remain supportive of it.

"If the ratings hold, the show could outlast my tenure in this chair [as CW president]," Pedowitz said.
