With the premiere of "Survivor: Kaoh Rong" bordering on, the castaways for the upcoming "Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty" edition of the reality competition series have been revealed. There are 18 contestants divided into three formidable groups.

On the Brain or "Chan Loh" side, banding together are an ER doctor, a quantitative strategist, a chemist, a social media marketer, an entrepreneur and a former FBI agent, who also happens to be the eldest in the whole roster.

Meanwhile, the Brawn or "To Tang" side of "Survivor: Kaoh Rong" includes a retired NBA player, a postal worker, a real estate agent, a contractor, a bounty hunter and a young female bodybuilder.

Lastly, representing Beauty or "Gondol" are a poker player, a bartender, a college student (who is the youngest "Survivor: Kaoh Rong" contestant at age 19), a gardener and a personal trainer. Get to know each of them here.

"The division of brains, brawn and beauty once again is really interesting," host Jeff Probst told Entertainment Weekly. "Even from the first three days, you see very clear differences within each tribe," he added.

Probst also teased that "Survivor: Kaoh Rong" will once again be all about loyalty, just like all the other seasons of the long-running series. But what makes the season exciting is that it could actually be the most brutal one yet.

"This season is also going to see a lot of hardship. From the extreme of an evacuation to something as small as a really bad sunburn, every day truly posed a new risk to this group. The heat, the rain, the bugs and the infections were a daily obstacle," Probst explained.

"Survivor: Kaoh Rong" will put these 18 promising contestants in the harshest conditions of Cambodia. When the whole season was filmed, the country's rainy season proved an additional challenge to the castaways.

It's a good thing that the hidden immunity idols are more powerful than ever. That way, things are going to be more exciting and suspenseful to watch.

"Survivor: Kaoh Rong" will premiere on Feb. 17 on CBS.
