Chaos is at its all-time high in the "Switched at Birth" season 4 finale as Bay decides to finally come clean to John and Kathy about Eric being a fugitive. Needless to say, things are going to get a lot more complicated as the season wraps up.

"Regina hasn't been making the best decisions this season. That whole living with a fugitive thing is kind of a problem," Vanessa Marano who plays Bay in the series, told Zap2it. In a promo for the finale, Regina is seen talking Eric into moving back to Atlanta.

This, Regina thinks, will be what's best for everybody. However, at the back of her mind, there's the worrying fact that this will also ruin her relationship with Eric. Indeed, the complications in the "Switched at Birth" season 4 finale entail a lot of sacrifices.

But Regina has more to deal with. Marano added in the same interview that Regina "will be faced with a lot of choices that she has to make because they are going basically going to call the police unless she can convince [John and Kathryn] otherwise."

The "Switched at Birth" season 4 finale will not only be problematic for Regina. Viewers will also see Bay struggle with learning about Travis and how more difficult it is not to be able to talk about it with Emmett, who Bay "talks to about everything."

Of course, the season 4 ender might also see Lilly finally make a decision about moving to London. The urgency of the matter is taking its toll on her as she herself did not think her baby with Toby will be here sooner than they expected.

When "Switched at Birth" season 4 wraps up today, expect the installment to be "surprising, heart-warming and stressful." Marano thinks that "It's a very stressful finale."
