The final episode of "Switched at Birth" season 4 is airing this week, and it promises to showcase the "biggest finale yet" of the series.

In the previous episode, Bay (Vanessa Marano) told her father Jon (D.W. Moffett) that she will fly to Los Angeles to talk to Emmett (Sean Berdy) and try to win him back after losing his trust.

Emmett avoided Bay for quite a while after she admitted that she slept with her ex-boyfriend Tank (Max Adler), even if she did not give her consent for it. Bay's family and friends believe that she was raped, but Bay thinks that she should also be blamed for what happened because she drank too much. But Emmett kept his silence, contemplating if he should hold her accountable for the event.

In the last episode for this season, Bay believes that it is time to face Emmett and give him a surprise visit at the university. But will she manage to convince her boyfriend to patch things up? Once she reaches Emmett in L.A., she meets his friend Skye (Alice J. Lee), which is something that Bay may not be happy about. Will Skye be the reason why Emmett will break up with Bay for good?

Elsewhere, Daphne (Katie Leclerc) confides with Mingo (Adam Hagenbuch) because she feels that she failed at her school performance. She is afraid of disappointing her family, especially Bay.

"I can't tell if I failed because of me, or my deafness," Bay tells Mingo.

Meanwhile, Regina (Constance Marie) makes an accidental confession to her boyfriend Patrick (Christopher Wiehl) that she is already in love with him, but she later on apologizes for doing so.

The finale of "Switched at Birth" season 4 titled "There Is My Heart" will air on Tuesday, March 10.
