The fifth and final season of "Switched at Birth" finally has a release date.

Series creator Lizzy Weiss made the announcement via Twitter, saying that the premiere episode of the farewell season will air on Freeform on Jan. 24.

The post also came with a photo of the cast with a huge cake to celebrate the family drama series' 100^th episode.

"Switched at Birth" season 5 will be composed of 10 episodes, the titles of which are the following:

• The Call
• This Has to Do with Me
• Surprise
• Relation of Lines and Colors
• Occupy Truth
• Four Ages in Life
• Memory (The Heart)
• Left in Charge
• The Wolf is Waiting
• Live Long Life

The series finale will be marked with a special 90-minute episode that will feature the conclusion of the story that intertwined the lives of Daphne Vasquez (Katie Leclerc) and Bay Kennish (Vanessa Marano), the two girls who were mistakenly given to the wrong parents at birth. However, there are no details yet regarding the plot of the final episode.

The series was last seen in October 2015, when Daphne and Bay received a frantic phone call that prompted them to leave their new beginnings in China. In the upcoming season, the reason for that phone call will be finally unveiled.

Fans will also find out it Bay's legal and Daphne's biological parents are having trouble in their relationship.

The final season of "Switched at Birth" will also see the return of Lea Thompson as Daphne's biological mother and Bay's legal mother Kathryn Kennish, Constance Marie as Daphne's legal mother and Bay's biological mother Regina Vasquez, D. W. Moffett as Daphne's biological father and Bay's legal father John Kennish, Lucas Grabeel as Daphne and Bay's older brother Toby Kennish, Sean Berdy as Daphne's deaf best friend and Bay's love interest Emmett Bledsoe.
