The first part of the "Teen Mom OG" reunion episode showed Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, Caitlynn Lowell, and Farrah Abraham all in the same room together with their current and former significant others. The June 1 episode focused on Maci's and Amber's stories, but at one point, Amber walked out of the set as Dr. Drew's line of questioning got to be too much for her. 

Maci had a lot to discuss when the cameras were on her. First, she was asked about her decision to quit and then rejoin the show after she learned that Farrah was coming back. Maci said that the decision to quit the show had nothing to do with their feud but had "more to do with me and MTV." She said that she agreed to be in the show if Farrah's story was not going to be shown as she worries about Farrah's storyline being too racy to be shown alongside her own story. 

"I don't think it's appropriate for them to film Bentley playing baseball then come back from a commercial break and they might be at a strip club," Maci said. 

When Dr. Drew talked to her ex, Ryan Edwards, the father of Bentley, he also agreed with Maci about her decision to keep their son off the show. 

During Amber and her fiancé Matt Baier's turn in the spotlight, Amber said that she would not advise someone in her position to go into a committed relationship so quickly, but she was defensive when Dr. Drew talked about her drinking. Amber said that she has been drinking to cope with the loss of her father, who died in December. She also mentioned that her father died of drinking and that it was hard to lose a parent. 

Dr. Drew pointed out that Matt was drinking during their trip to Las Vegas and punched a wall in anger. While Matt was comfortable talking about his own sobriety, Amber was increasingly getting annoyed by Dr. Drew's line of questioning.

"I'm about to walk off this stage because this is getting annoying," she said. "I don't want to do this. I've worked too hard on myself."

She then got up and left her brother Shawn on the couch. Dr. Drew got up to reassure Amber and to apologize. After that, everyone calmed down and went back onto the stage.
