It's official – Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are married. According to reports, the "Teen Mom OG" stars tied the knot this weekend after 10 years together.

Us Magazine reports that the couple wed before 154 guests at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan on Saturday, Aug. 22. Wedding guests included their "Teen Mom" co-stars Amber Portwood and fiancé Matt Baier, and Maci Bookout and fiancé Taylor McKinney. Bookout also reportedly had her son Bentley and her new baby girl Jayde with her. "Teen Mom 2" stars Kailyn Lori and husband Javi Marroquin were also present to celebrate the special day.

A day before their nuptials, Lowell took to her Instagram account to tell her followers that they have obtained their marriage license. The 23-year old uploaded a photo of the license and captioned it, "Look what I got @tylerbaltierra you're stuck with me forever!"

According to Us Weekly, Baltierra and Lowell had both of their daughters present at the ceremony. Their eldest daughter, Carly, whom they placed for adoption in 2009, was there with her adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa, while their 8-month old daughter, Nova Reign, was their flower girl.

On Monday, Aug, 24, MTV released some exclusive pictures from the couple's wedding. One photo showed the venue, which had a castle theme all set up with white chairs, and the aisle was strewn with red petals. Another photo showed the "Teen Mom" stars posing together, while one showed Lowell in a lacy white gown with wide straps and Baltierra in a black suit and a pale grey bowtie. One fun shot showed the couple at their wedding reception, with Baltierra dipping his wife as he kissed her, while their MTV co-stars cheered them on.

Lowell and Baltierra shot to fame when they were featured on MTV's "16 and Pregnant." The show documented Lowell's first pregnancy and also showed them giving up their child for adoption. The pair had their second child earlier this year. The couple has also published a book called "Conquering Chaos," which documented their experiences as young parents.
